    Discovery call

    A free 30-minute call. We map your sales and marketing, your expertise, and where AI actually creates an edge (including where it doesn't). Honest answers, no pitch deck. If there's no fit, we'll say so.

  2. 02

    GTM audit & scoping

    A paid GTM audit, scoped to your team size and the channels we study. We review your current sales and marketing assets, decide where the leverage is, and check that what we're about to build will still make sense as Claude, OpenAI and others improve. You get a clear priorities document and a recommended toolstack. For agentic products, this is also where we validate the idea before committing to the full build.

  3. 03

    Build

    We build one of three things, based on what the audit said matters most: an agentic product that turns your methodology into an application your clients can use, a sales & marketing automation system (lead research, qualification, company-specific content, personalised outreach), or both working together. We ship one layer at a time and prove it works. No 6-month black boxes.

  4. 04

    Ship & hand over

    You own everything. We document the system, train your team, and step away. The goal is to make ourselves obsolete. From there, you run and scale what we built without us.
