I spent close to a decade in enterprise software presales. I built demos that closed complex deals with companies like Siemens, Bayer, and Syngenta.

I aligned stakeholders across finance, operations, and technical teams. I translated complexity into clarity, and learned that clarity, not features, is what closes.

Then I realized corporate wasn't my path.

My thinking didn't fit their system. I wanted to improve processes. They wanted compliance.

So I built my own system.

Now I help founders do the same: turn their expertise into AI products they can sell, automate the sales and marketing grind, and make sure it all leverages the big AI models instead of being replaced by them.

I don't do theory. I do implementation.

I name the trade-offs. If something won't work for your use case, I'll tell you. If there's a simpler solution, I recommend it, even if it means less revenue for me.
